HARVEST: March 2006. Hand-harvested in 15 Kg. boxes.
AGING: Eight months in new French and American Oak barrels.
PRODUCTION: 1,200 bottles.
TASTING NOTES: Deep purple with ruby reflexes. Aromas of ripe plum, black cherry and vanilla, intensifying on the palate with an excellent balance of acidity and evolving tannins. Great aging potential or drink now with grilled beef, hearty pasta or Argentine empanadas. Alcohol 13.8% by volume.
